The Tax Department has informed taxpayers that the Tax For All system has reopened as of 21 July, 2025.
More specifically, in an announcement, the Tax Department states that the deadline for submitting Value Added Tax (VAT) Returns and paying the VAT due for the periods ending on 31 May, 2025, the declaration for paying the flat-rate VAT amount, which concerns the Special Urban Taxi Regime for the period January 1, 2025-June 30, 2025, as well as the submission of the Summary Table in the VAT Information Exchange System (VIES) for the month of June 2025, is extended until 29 July, 2025.
It also states that the start date for submitting the Monthly Income Tax and Contributions (PAYE) Withholding Tax Returns (TF7) for 2025, as well as the Annual Return for 2024, to the Tax For All system will be announced at a later stage.
It adds that the submission of the Annual Income Tax and Contributions (PAYE) Withholding Tax Return (TF7) for 2024 is extended until December 31, 2025.
In addition, the Tax Department states that payments related to Income Tax Withholding and Contributions will continue to be processed through the Tax Portal until the transfer to the Tax For All system is completed.
Finally, the Department refers for information, instructions and assistance to the new Tax For All support website, as well as to the Digital Assistant, which is accessible through the new website.
