E.V.H. Investments raises its stake in Salamis Tours to 86.573%

E.V.H. Investments Limited has purchased 90 shares of Salamis Tours (Holdings) Public Limited at a price of €4.20 per share and for a total consideration of €378.

Following the aforementioned acquisition, which took place on 20 January, E.V.H. now directly holds 31,624,380 shares representing 86.573% of the issued share capital and voting rights of Salamis.
