E.V.H. Investments Limited (E.V.H.) has announced that on 21 January, 2025, it purchased 7,000 shares of Salamis Tours (Holdings) Public Limited (Salamis) at a price of €4.20 per share and for a total consideration of €29,400.
Following the aforementioned acquisition, E.V.H. directly holds 31,631,380 shares representing approximately 86.592% of the issued share capital and voting rights of Salamis.
