Crowdbase, a Cyprus Investment Firm licensed by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, reached a major milestone this week with the launch of Cyprus' very first real estate crowdfunding campaign.
“Cyprus' real estate landscape is buzzing, with news of increasing values emerging every other day,” the company said. “Historically, entering the real estate market meant a commitment of upwards of €100,000. However, the game has changed. Thanks to crowdfunding, now you own a piece of real estate with as little as €500.”
Crowdbase has launched The Courtyard - a visionary residential development at the gateway of Nicosia. Featuring six state-of-the-art apartment buildings housing 66 units, the project is led by industry veterans George Mouskides and Jad Wakil. (To find out more, click here)
