In a LinkedIn post announcing the channel, Fadeev says, “A month ago, I decided to venture into completely new territory - launching my YouTube channel. Why? Because I firmly believe that true growth happens when you step out of your comfort zone. And honestly, recording yourself talking to a camera in a studio for hours? That's about as far from my comfort zone as it gets."
He continued, "Why am I doing this? Simple: I've learned some valuable lessons on my journey from programming in the Arctic Circle to leading a public company, and I believe these insights could help others on their path."
