Eurobank has completed the sale of its 8.58% stake (17,152,353 shares) in Demetra Holdings Plc to Logicom Services Limited for approximately €27 million (€1.55 per share).
This transaction is part of a broader agreement involving Eurobank's acquisition of an additional 24.66% stake in Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd, comprising 21.33% from Demetra and 3.33% from Logicom.
The completion of this acquisition is anticipated around 10 February, 2025, pending the necessary regulatory approvals.
